EXCHANGES

At Geeva, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we're happy to help! Please follow these steps for a smooth exchange process:

  • Initiate an Exchange: Email us at sales@geeva.shop with your full name, order number, and details of your exchange request.
  • Approval & Next Steps: Our team will confirm whether the exchange is possible and guide you through the process.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return an item purchased from Geeva under the following conditions:

  • The item received does not match the product description on our website.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • We accept returns of earrings, provided they are unworn and in new condition.
  • Necklace tags must not be removed as proof that they have not been worn.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@geeva.shop within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and provide:
    • Your order number.
    • The reason for the return.
    • If the item was a gift, please provide the giftee’s name.
  2. Assessment: Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Approval: If approved, we’ll send you further details on returning the item(s).

RETURN SHIPPING

  • If you are returning an item due to it being faulty, damaged, or not as described, Geeva will cover the return shipping costs and provide a shipping label.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, including a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us.

REFUNDS

  • We process refunds and exchanges within 5 working days of receiving your return.
  • While we do not send arrival notifications, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
