RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

- We accept returns of earrings, provided they are unworn and in new condition.
- Necklace tags must not be removed, as proof that they have not been worn.

RETURN SHIPPING
- If you are returning an item due to it being faulty, damaged, or not as described, Geeva will cover the return shipping costs and provide a shipping label.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason, including a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your request as follows:
- For faulty or damaged items, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
- For items returned for other reasons, you will receive a refund for the item's purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
